How do I pay?
We have lots of safe and easy ways to pay,  such as  

  • Credit & Debit Card
  • Maestro & Visa Electron
  • PayFast: EFT with PayFast enables you to make instant EFT payments that clear immediately. FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank & Investec are supported and
  • Paypal


What are my delivery options?
We only currently use Courier (Courier Guy or Fastway). We deliver directly to your home or office, anywhere in South Africa.  All delivery and tracking details are supplied to you once your order has been shipped.


When will I get my order?
Our picking, packing, and delivery is linked to what you order, where you want it delivered and how you choose to pay. So delivery and collection times can vary. We suggest 3-5 working days before contacting us at hello@nakedcherry.co.za for us to assist in tracking your order


How do I track my order?
Once we’ve received your order and processed, we’ll send you an e-mail with tracking details. If you do not receive these details, please email us at hello@nakedcherry.co.za to assist you

Please note:

  • The countdown in terms of the shipping period begins once your payment has been authorized.
  • Business days are defined as Mondays to Fridays, excluding public holidays.


I ordered something, but now it is out of stock?!
Our system is designed to let you know when something is out of stock. But the tech-gremlins in the machine sometimes messes with this. So, if you have ordered something and it isn't available, we can either refund you, credit your account or we can send the items to you when they are back in stock.


May I cancel my order?
Up to the point where we let you know that your order has been sent off to you, you can cancel at any time. You can contact us on hello@nakedcherry.co.za to assist you with this. If you want to return the product after it has been sent off to you, you will have to follow our Returns Policy to do so.


I created an order, and paid, but haven't received anything yet?
We send out orders from Monday - Friday before lunchtime.  When the item is sent you will receive a tracking number for your package and you will be able to track its process. If you don't receive any of this information within a day of paying, please contact us on hello@nakedcherry.co.za with your order number, to assist you further.


What is NakedCherry’s return policy?
Please package your product(s) securely in the original packaging and return it to the address below. You will also need to include a brief letter including your name and address and an explanation as to why you are returning the product(s). This will enable us to refund the correct account.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange any product(s) that have been removed from the original wrapping or show any signs of having been used unless they are faulty. For faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory quality or incorrect item received please email us at hello@nakedcherry.co.za for further assistance
